rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

aight help me out rpanon kenobi, does anyone remember a game or was there ever a game that required a tdm thread to reserve? i might be imagining this, so i'd like to know if i'm crazy or not

Is it weird that every so often, I wish I was in a game that never really gets off the ground and fails? I love my games, and I'm in them for the long haul, but the end game for both of them is probably at least two or three years away. Sometimes, that feels a little exhausting when I look at my character list and only want to play one for a few months at the most. I wish there was a nice balance between a game that never gets off the ground and the ones that run for years on end.

so, what's a good first game? i'm not new to rp, just the dreamwidth brand of it.

what happens if multiple people on your timeline replurk the same original plurk?

like if you're friends with a people in the same game and they all replurk the mod plurk's announcement that apps are open

does it appear multiple times on your timeline or what? does the most recent replurk appear on your timeline? if you mute it when someone replurks it at 1 pm and somebody replurks it at 2 pm, does it appear again unmuted?

I've pmed some rpers I like lately telling them what I've enjoyed about our rp and requesting play and now I have some fun threads going. It's nice.

i feel really guilty when i buy things for myself, but the thing is that i don't have any bills going unpaid and i don't have any issues getting necessities, either. but today i spent $40 basically just treating myself to random things i just wanted, but i don't feel great about it. the kicker is that it's my birthday tomorrow, i work all day and won't have a chance to celebrate, but i still feel awful for spending money on things i don't need. :(

anyone else feel this?
