Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

1 - Hard to answer. 'OTHER' can be interesting depending on what that other is. I think the thing to think about is what type of game you're having and if the CITY or OTHER opens up into bigger areas. If you have a city surrounded by a wall/shield and you absolutely cannot go outside of it, it's pretty confining. If you're stuck on a train and can't get off it ever, also confining. But if any option opens up into a wider world/area, then that also needs to be taken into context. So I can't really answer unless I know if you're planning to expand the game/location or not, because hey, a train/boat take you places.

2 - I'm usually okay with either or. If I were to mod, I'd do so anon, so I can't be all up in arms over anon mods either. Whatever works for whoever's modding to make their life easier.

3 - Why not all three? Maybe if the mods are having trouble figuring out what to choose between x, y, and z, toss up a poll.

4 - If you're just starting, I'd advise app rounds with a limitation, just to make sure you can handle what you're going to get. Little or not, it's always easier that way. It also depends on how much time you have to invest in apps. If you and your mods have the time to check on new apps promptly, keep it open until a cap is met. If you don't, app rounds might work best so you can organize things and people know when they're doing what.

5 - Huh. That depends on what you want from the start. Most places seem to have a sort of 'you already know why you're here' thing, so if you felt like trying something new, make it something they have to figure out.
