Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme. Your unfunny, forced memes also fall under this rule.
Do not treat this comm like your personal therapist. Threads about nonfictional suicide, self injury, rape, and abuse will be deleted. There are better resources out there for you.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

not to sound like a jerk, but what's the point of having the TDM the day apps open? i think most people try and have their app finished for when apps open, especially when they're only open every other month. with that much time to work on the rest of the application, i would want to have samples ready to go.

I'm not a mod, so I can only guess, but it's probably because they open apps the day the cycle's plot ends so that there's time to get people processed through and introduced before the next one starts. That's also the best time to open the TDM, because any earlier than that, and anyone trying to get samples will be competing with major in-game events for attention.

If you want to do things in advance, you can always tag around the old TDMs. We've have a few people in the last app break especially either do that or top level and ask people in the game to tag them so they could be ready the second apps open.
