don't be sad. be grateful. if they hadn't expanded the season like they did, we'd get 2 more episodes, then nothing until the end of the year. a couple months wait is preferable to that.

i never said you weren't allowed. i was trying to help you look on the bright side, but if you'd rather focus on the negative, that's your right.

i'd just rather look on the side of 'well, at least we get more episodes', and be happy that a ship i've been peeing my pants over has finally come to fruition. plus, this arc looks to be really well done and they're getting people really invested in the characters and giving them way more depth. i'm also pleased to see the character development of the non-human types (lucifer, maze, amenadiel) and how they're starting to learn to work with humans instead of around them.

may's not that far, anon. just think of it as time to go through some fanfic, come up with ideas, and maybe rewatch your favorite parts.

I'm really "meh" on the ship, mostly because I personally find it boring and think the actors don't have much chemistry. I do like the character arcs, though, and I personally can't wait to see what the mom's up to.

At least the comic sequel is still going steadily, and that's pretty good.
