limited run, fe3h "golden route" game

i'm talking something like 3 - 9 months, with a tight storyline based off of the existing routes that could veer into decidedly not golden directions (as in, it'd be possible for the story to turn into a nightmare for the characters). permadeaths would be a thing. there'd be rng battles. apps would be competitive. no OC's. i wouldn't require a complete fe3h cast to start the game, either. i'd try my best to make it possible for an outside audience to keep up with the game's main storyline and player subplots, too.

any suggestions, concerns, or expressions of interest are much appreciated! this is very much in the brainstorming stage and i don't want to flesh it out much further if it'd be DOA.

F/F friendly characters/canons?

Slightly weird question, I know, so let me provide some context. A while back, when I played characters from (for example) something like MCU or Final Fantasy I rarely got any bites for F/F, even when I posted my preferences as F/F only and actively sought out other players interested in F/F. On the other hand, my characters from stuff like Disney movies, Ace Attorney, and Persona always got lots of interest from other F/F characters, even when I posted them as OTA.

What I'm basically asking is: Are any at least semi-popular canons have characters that are typically accepted or sought after for F/F? I'd like to start playing in memes, PSLs, or even an actual game again soon but none of my old muses really grab me anymore and I don't want to get stuck in a rut where M/F is 90% of what I can get again.

Anime and video games are my favorite mediums, but I'm open to anything. I prefer things that are either complete or show some signs of ending within the next decades (so something like Stranger Things or My Hero Academia is fine, but not something like One Piece or... idk, NCIS or most sitcoms), with the exception being ongoing video games like Final Fantasy XIV and Warcraft which I inexplicably like anyway. As for characters I've played everything from aloof perfectionists to friendly morons so I'm open to anything, though I prefer it if the female characters don't feel like afterthoughts. I like genuinely good shows, of course, but I have a pretty high tolerance for bad, shallow, or mindless things as well.

In addition to the canons I mentioned above I've also liked or played from Adventure Time, Avatar (original and LoK), Bang Dream, Castlevania, Devil May Cry, Dragon Age, Fate, Gundam (various), Granblue Fantasy, the Last of Us, Love Live, Psycho-Pass, Star Wars, and MoDaoZuShi and Heaven Official's Blessing.

(Preferably not just "don't mod", I know some ex-mods feel that way and that sucks but I'm more asking for actual game modding advice here.)

remember how landel's damned had like a schedule and every night shift you would make more progress and the mods set up like weird location posts and you'd thread in the post and then move to the next area and start threading there and there were actually things to do and see and fight in those locations. that was cool.

i realize that it's almost impossible that anyone here remembers this.

depends on the player. i know some people who feel a week is too long but i have friends that are okay with picking up threads months or a year later.

personally if i can still write the character i don't care how old a reply is, only that i have something to work with.
