Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

now that you mention it, i've never actually noticed the correlation between preferring to play the 'hurt' party and the bottom and it makes so much sense. at least for my characters, the ones that play comforter 99% of the time are definitely more dominant.

if someone's character ALWAYS has to be the one getting attention (sexual or not) then i'm willing to bet they're a pillowqueen. or at least not very fun to play against.

Yup, same here. If I see someone plays bottom and they wanna write the hurt in hurt/comfort, I always assume they're a pillowqueen. I will say maybe some people will reciprocate if they're given a chance but, I don't know. I spend too much of my day being endlessly patient with people to invest that kind of time on a maybe.

I just want to write a ship where both parties mutually care about each other and comfort each other but it's weirdly hard to find.
