'A' is a high society young woman who ends up to in some sort of trouble and has to flee to safety. She gets 'B' to agree to help her. However, B is the leader of a shady group, which could make her anything from the captain of a pirate ship or a wealthy and powerful CEO. Rather than money, B demands that A acts as her personal sex slave until she gets to safety. A agrees (either reluctantly or in a very matter-of-fact way) because getting home is what she cares about most at the moment. B ends up being incredibly kinky and dominant, and A ends up having a taste for playing the submissive role.
