honest question, not trying to be a dick or anything

but if youre playing m/f, what does what the other male characters in the game do and who they fuck have to do with your ability to play said m/f

im just taking a quick once-over so i could be wrong but it doesnt seem like there's a particular shortage of female characters for your guy to smut with so im kind of confused

I didn’t explain it well. Sorry.

I asked what other guys are doing to see whether it was mostly m/m or m/f or split down the middle. If it’s mostly m/m (and people are playing m/m because they can’t get much m/f action) then I would have a harder time trying to do m/f myself. Some male characters CAN be played m/m or
bi but with the character I was going to app, it would have been harder to swing it that way unless he eats something spiked with a sex drug or whatever. Also, some games are very m/m centric as there’s not much m/f going on.

I think I would be better off apping a character that I can write both m/f and m/m with so I will try and get in there for the next app cycle.

wh...what? people don't do that. they're playing m/m because they want to, not because they're "settling" for it. erku has no smut ac so no one's forced to write stuff they don't want in order to stay in the game

i'm not sure why you didn't start off by asking how many women there are and how many women are playing m/f and what that's like and went at it from that angle.

because if it's mostly m/m, i still don't see how that impacts you unless your dude's a homophobe (which ig could be the case? but idk how well he'd fit in erku if he's that homophobic) and gets upset over homosexual activities. it's just a weird line of questioning to me. i'm not trying to talk you out of it. but it's like a vegetarian worrying if there's enough salad and opening up by asking about the meat options at the buffet table and if there's enough steak to go around and what other meat there is. and you can make a connection (not enough meat means they might hit the salads harder) but it brings up the question of why you didn't ask about the salads first.

How did you get that from OP's comment? They started by asking "Does anyone play JUST m/f in this game or is every dude jumping on every other dude?" To translate it to your words: "Are there other vegetarians or only meat eaters?"

As far as I can see, they didn't open up the conversation by only talking about meat. You got irritated for nothing.
