i hate that fandom/internet culture has made me second guess myself on sexism/racism/*ism things where i wonder "is this legitimately sketchy or am i just being an over-sensitive sjw?"

some of my favorite fanvidders and editors on youtube are doing a collaborative video using the song "formation" by beyonce...and all the parts that are coming in are chocked full of sulty, ~badass~ white characters. typical fandom shit, but uh. is it weird that they're using a song that is literally about black power and the black experience, right down to talking about having an afro and "jackson 5 nostrils?"

can you guys suggest shows that a 0-3 year old would like?

general kids shows that you think that a baby would like (like spongebob) are fine too. i'm already aware of shows on sprout and babyfirst and some shows on pbs. and mlp:fim. obscure or older shows are fine. i'm currently downloading shows off of toonova.com so if a certain show's already on there or some other streaming site, great.
