Help yourself, hungrynon. If I leave condiments at work, it's so they can be used. I'd take it home or put it in a bundle with my food if I wanted it that bad. I think most people wouldn't care if you swiped old packets or helped yourself to a squeeze of something.

Unless it's name-labelled or in someone's lunchbag, stuff like condiments or a bottle of coffee creamer or other multi-use, small portion items are usually meant as communal stuff because someone was feeling generous.

i took someone's sandwich by mistake. we had ordered from the same place so the bags looked the same. and boy did i feel bad, i told her and offered to get her a new sandwich. she was cool and told me not to bother. :)

I ended up swapping frozen dinner meals with a coworker once when he accidentally took mine. It was the same type so it really didn't matter, I only realized what had happened because mine wasn't in the spot I usually put it and I saw what he put in the freezer earlier that day.

yes, after three solid months of asking weekday staff to clean their stuff out on friday so weekend staff have A PLACE TO PUT ANYTHING AT ALL in the fucking fridge (it was just a mini fridge, not a lot of space) one weekend we all banded together and drank all their unopened shit and threw out the opened shit

like im sorry but if u have an extra soda on friday take it home and store it in your own damn fridge
