i should also mention that i just got paid, so i'm flush enough that the price doesn't bother me too much. it's 30.50 for the kfc, and 42.00 for the sushi. i hate making choices and my brain is stalling. both orders would have enough for leftovers, so it's a multi-meal option.

it varies on my mood, tbh. most times, i think i'd like to be like, someone's fourth or fifth in their polyship cycle or something. driveby dating. but i'm like another anon on here that is too self conscious to be okay with being nude around people for sex and i've found i don't actually like sex. i'd classify myself as bisexual with a heavier leaning towards men and i've had sex with both genders, but i also think i like the idea of sex more than the reality. i get more turned on reading a book/watching a show with a hot and heavy scene than i ever have doing anything with anyone irl. so just having someone come by to check on me and maybe chat for a bit would be ideal for me. bonus points if they look nice and let me ogle.

but i don't think i have the time or energy for a full-time relationship. i like my space. i don't like sharing my things. i don't really like being touched, and i don't like myself enough to want to have anyone else subjected to me. but then i get this mood once or twice a year where 'sigh, wouldn't it be nice'.

I'm not getting much play anywhere atm. But admittedly I don't play a lot of memes. 9 times out of 10 i feel like the prompts in memes assume a LOT of familiarity between muses for players that haven't likely interacted before. Its a little weird and uncomfortable to me. If im going to play in an open jamjar kind of space i wish the avg prompt had a little more chill.

Can anyone recommend me an Idol series that isn’t Love Live? Preferably one that either has an anime or translated content available. I have an iPhone so downloading Japanese only games is a goddamn hassle. Boys or girls, I don’t really care.

pripara is one of my favourites but it's also aimed at little girls so it's very tropey and does a lot of "friendship solves everything." pripara is like another world/theme park thing that girls can go to where they can become idols with magical transforming outfits. all the characters are really cute and the songs are catchy. it ran for 4 years so there's like 200 episodes lmao

from the same franchise, there's pretty rhythm rainbow live. it follows a group of girls who do ice skating idol shows. there's more of a solid plot and the characters a lot more rounded in comparison to pripara. there's around 50 eps so it's more manageable too.

on the boy idol side, there's idolish7. there's a mobile game, one season of anime already out and a 2nd in the works. it shows some of the hardships that come with being an idol and it's very melodramatic but it's still fun. one of the best things about i7 is that there's a wide range of ages so there are 20-somethings and not just high schoolers

shounen hollywood is also another idol that focuses on how difficult being an idol actually is. a bunch of misfits get scouted and form an idol group. the anime follows their struggles through getting hatemail and having to say embarrassing catchphrases in public

while it's technically not idol but star-myu is also a lot of fun. it's the complete opposite of shounen hollywood and is super over the top and campy. if you can get over the second hand embarrassment of the boys randomly breaking out into song and dance, it's a really fun anime. there's two seasons out already with a third coming soon

It's been a long time since I modded and probably never will again, but here's what the best learning experience was. Do NOT trust your fellow mods. I've had many great mods I worked with, and when you've got a good team together, you can continue a game near indefinitely.

On the flip side, I've dealt with one who broke their own rules to exceed the character limit by creating an alternate persona claiming to be a new player, a mod who completely fucked off after she became obsessed with SPN and left me to run the whole thing when I'd been only a list mod before, and some chick who probably was bipolar and threatened to delete the comm every other week (Her exact phrasing being like I'LL BURN THIS PLACE DOWN!!!1!) till I finally changed the password on the mod account. And the last time I was a list mod a couple years back, the main mod got upset when I wouldn't ship our characters just the way she wanted, and kicked me out claiming I was "too slow" in updating the lists...after taking a whole day to update them. She then lied to the comm saying I'd stepped down because I had too many other commitments.

Worst failure experienced was not communicating enough with my players. I had several plots crash and burn because I played things too close to the chest and didn't leave enough clues or ask for enough input from the players. They were left very confused and complaining they didn't even know how to play out the plot because they felt so out of the loop.

me and my dog are visiting my dad, we used to live with him previously and she loves her "grandpa."

he's been using the AC a lot because of the heat and she seems to think that the sounds coming from the vents = FUCKIN' GRUMBLES FROM INTRUDERS, HOLY SHIT, GUYS! we joke that they're "vent monsters" so it sounds scary.

i love it when she gets suspicious about the vent "grumbles" and investigates, sometimes with some grumbles of her own. i love it even more when the vent noises are too loud for her liking and she starts barking her ass off, probably thinking gET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!

she's also VERY SERIOUS about catching up on guarding the yard since we moved out. so big, so tough, so scary.
