i'll even go first. i'm a plucker. not the average kind that overplucks eyebrows or anything. when i'm lying in bed trying to sleep or watching a movie or just relaxing, i pluck my pubic hair. with my fingers. i did it so much the other night that from just about where the lips start down to my ass is completely hairless.

plus side is it lasts longer than shaving.

yep, always. even if it happens to be not such a popular character, it gives other people a heads up and i've had more than a few surprise castmates come out of hiding from doing so! really, i don't see much reason not to.

I totally get that plurk can make you feel isolated, ignored and boring - definitely have felt like that more than once. But it's hard to explain that pointing out people are ignoring you when they aren't really doing it on purpose doesn't make you more approachable and no one really has an easy answer as to why you don't get a lot of comments on your plurks all the time. There's a difference between 'I feel lonely' and 'Why aren't you guys paying attention to me'; there's a difference between that and pointing out that people aren't giving you the attention you think you're owed because you're commenting on every and anything they plurk.

Or at least, it's hard to explain without coming off like you're punching into weak spots of their self-confidence even more. People like you but they can't hold the entirety of your self-worth.

yeah, pretty much this. like, it's great that you're commenting out, and it sucks you're not getting back much reciprocity, but.... nobody fucking owes you plurk comments, or likes, or snuggles or whatever. and plurk comments and snuggles shouldn't be mistaken for the, I don't know, the nuts and bolts of your self confidence

-A game that allows players under 18 and doesn't allow smut to be played on the comm.

-A game that allows players under 18 and allows smut, but bans underage players from participating in smut threads and keeps track of which characters are played by underage muns.

I feel like there aren't as many players under 18 in DWRP these days, but since the game in question isn't a sex game, I'm afraid having the 18+ ban might just be confusing.

Okay, I asked this in coding help, but this is distressing for me because of how color-oriented I am and searching Google is netting no solutions.

"So I recently installed a plurk theme and it forces all the display names to a single, uniform color on the plurk timeline. I don't like this. I'm very color-oriented, so I associate people with the color of their display names--meaning everyone appearing dull brown is a problem for me and has left me confused. Anyone know how to get rid of this?"
