I trust dwrp's thoughts more than internet randoms, and I want to move somewhere in NY or New England that's stress-free and friendly to generally progressive nerds, aka you silly beans. I wanna avoid Boston/NYC/Long Island for $$$$ reasons, but other than that, if you can walk around wearing a pride shirt with a laptop permanently attached to your hands and never have to worry about anything, that's what I'm looking for. While I've not personally lived there, I've visited nerdy friends in Rochester, NY plenty of times and it seemed to be a pretty nice city while not being extremely expensive to live in. Definitely would be worth looking into to see if you like it there.

I live on the outskirts of Portland Maine and it is very progressive and generally a fun place to live. Rent here is very high though and housing is in high demand due to a huge influx of ppl from mass + tourist season though so ymmv. Expect to live with roommates and look for a place that isn't central. Cheaper than nyc boston etc. I can drop a sock if you want to talk specifics.

for each ship, i can play razor, mishima, and annette since i only have journals for those three. but for dimitri/byleth, i can play either because i have journals for both. my muse for byleth may be a bit rusty since i haven't had a chance to properly play her yet so i apologize in advance.

i mostly prefer memes since i am really bad at coming up with prompts but if you have any ideas for psls feel free to let me know! pming this journal or commenting is fine.

mods should probably just clarify at this point since people on both sides seem to be confused

but copypasting random shit on your clipboard is never going to be rpanons relevant and i personally don't care about login/CYOA threads

considering the mods are cool and fun, i can imagine their only clarification will be 'don't be a buzzkill'

There aren't really a lot of jamjar-ish memes, though, and only a handful of them ever get any significant action. It seems like the vast majority of non-TFLN memes are either shipping/smut focused or the kind of gen that would work best with a little assumed CR or shared background (even if it's as simple as "both of these characters are university students.") When there are 100 characters on a meme I'm probably not going to check each journal for character info that may or may not be there.

I'd kinda like to see a crosscanon-specific version of the random scenario meme or AU meme where you have to put a 1-2 sentence description of your character in the top level.

i'd be on a meme like that at lightspeed. ez crosscanon please!

when writing up a ban or strike notice, how do you go about it/think it should go about? it's hard to find examples of how most games boot a problem player bc not everyone posts a really good one on their plurk for all to see, so i would just like any kind of advice on how a mod should write up a ban for future reference. what kind of language should be used or avoided?
