Try it anyway. If you're a good lcw and actually tag out and don't flake, you can inspire other people to check out your canon because of that.

i sometimes wonder if anyone would pick up the characters from the movies or at least use them for PBs since they have really cool designs. but there's nothing wrong as a lcw maybe you will start a trend

I know Great Ace Attorney isn't "new" to a lot of people but how are y'all enjoying it? Anyone thinking of picking anyone up after playing through the new localization?

i’m playing it for the first time unspoiled and i’m absolutely loving it! thinking of maybe picking up susato or holmes eventually, because they’re both super fun.

It still feels like a miracle to see TGAA get an official localization after so long! And eventhough I've played DGS, playing through TGAA stills feels like a fresh new experience for me and I'm enjoying it a lot.

I'm probably obvious as I've been writing from TGAA in DW space for awhile, but I already have Ryunosuke and Kazuma accounts ready to go. Who knows, maybe playing through might lead me to pick up someone else.

i'm replaying the first game (played the fan translation two years ago) to refresh my memory before jumping into the second, and i'm loving it even more than i did the first time. it's an absolutely incredible game, worth every penny and then some. it feels unreal that it's in my hands after all these years.

i already have a susato journal picked out for after i finish the second game (just need some icons on that sucker!), and i very well might come away with a gina one, as well!

I am immensely enjoying the games so far. Just started the 2nd one yesterday of GAA and I'm on the second case tonight. I wanted to finish the games before I actually do anything with them, but I'm planning on Sholmes and Van Zieks journals.

If I thought I could pull off Susato, I could be tempted there, too. (I love a lot of the characters, honestly. I'd probably also play Kazuma.)

not gonna rp anyone, but i am playing this game as my first AA game since AA4.

great characters, fun story, and the dialogue is great. i spent a good 5 minutes laughing at Zieks congratulating Naruhodo on his new job at the circus.

the comedic timing in this game is really good, tbh. and, considering some of the heavy themes in the game’s story, it really helps to have some in between comedy after the legitimately depressing stuff.

i've been taking a frankly unnecessary amount of caps for this game to make icons (as in, thousands per episode because it is literally every character)! currently only need to cap one more case in 1 before i can move onto 2. plan on doing dlc and sorting through the caps and putting them up for public use in this journal when everything is properly sorted

but since it'll take longer than i expected to sort and actually make the icons, would anyone be interested in the caps themselves to make their own? they're currently sorted by character/episode but obvious dupes haven't been removed. meaning there's 800+ caps per character, will try to prioritize sorting characters people request

I am! I haven't thought about picking up someone new yet but I'm definitely considering dusting off some of my old muses once I finish. All the characters I have journals for survived the original so I wanna see what happens to them in Neo (and not have to worry about spoilers) before I bring them back.

At the point where I am most returning characters' characterizations have felt a little off to me so far. I think part of that is how they're voiced and I'm waiting until I'm done to pass full judgment, since I expect we'll get more "this is what I've gone through/I'm going through now" to explain things.

i'll probably pick up an old muse! the game itself is just kind of okay but i like the original enough to play from it.

i agree with above anon that the dialogue for returning characters is a little off, but going into more detail than that would be spoilery. i'd love to discuss the game with someone though and if anyone's interested, i'm happy to sock up!

so with the release of Hathaway and the appearance of the UC movie compilations and Char's Counterattack on Netflix, i'm getting back into this fandom after a long hiatus and wondering if there are any muses out there. i'm mostly interested in UC characters, but i would love to know if there are characters from the other timelines out there too. bring me your Wings, your SEEDs, your Gs, your IBOs!
