she's a (mostly) good girl named Aki ("autumn" in japanese) who's 3 years old and spoiled rotten. 17 lbs, about the same size as a relative's male beagle, has various goofy nicknames, professional bed monster and puppy kicker, cheese enthusiast, has a husky "boyfriend" that lives nearby whose owners are her "in-laws", and probably wishes that trump would forego his stupid mexican wall idea and build a wall around her house to keep the squirrels out of her yard instead.

I'm not a professional by any means, but I have lived with someone with major physical and mental health issues for most of my life and have gotten used to providing care for her at a level people would normally be paid for. I know for a fact she'd be in assisted living without me (or possibly with a live-in caretaker), so yeah.
