This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme. Your unfunny, forced memes also fall under this rule.

There's a massive learning curve for the OOC stuff but in my experience the community itself is pretty welcoming and willing to help if you reach out on plurk. OOC friendliness does not always translate into CR but you probably won't hurt for it if you put yourself out there.

New person here!

My intro got plenty of tags and a lot of crap opportunities. I feel really welcomed into the game even if I'm still trying to figure out all the mechanics.

The mechanics are genuinely the hardest part, but talking it out with other players helps immensely. Everyone is very friendly OOCLY, even if your characters don't mesh they'll help you out if you need it.

I'm ready for it to be over with, yes. Not going to beat a dead horse since other people have already raised concerns about it directly to the mods but this could have been coordinated better.

for what it is, i think it was about as well-coordinated as it could be. i do hope they'll finish the puzzles/questions soon. this is a lot of days for an event like this. but it's also the anniversary event, so i expect there's going to be some sort of big reveal at the end that was worth the wait/effort.

i don't have any underground, but i've been following all the plotting plurks for the groups avidly. i still think it's fun.

ngl I would probably be more into this if I had someone underground. As someone without anyone underground, it's really dull to just sit there and go 'yep, still sick.'

I get why they're doing it, but that doesn't make it any more enjoyable.

i think they could have divided the groups based on time zone (maybe added something to the sign up asking for availability/time zone) because i've seen a lot of delay in plotting from that.

otherwise the event has been pretty fun.

Part of the underground teams, part of one of the groups who had coordination issues due to timezones, I still enjoyed the event as a whole. And oocly it didn't bother me being generally late with the replies because the best part was planning things out with the others and proceeding with the event, at least for me.
