like even hours after i wake up i have to force myself to eat and i have to eat really slowly or i get nauseous, but then abruptly i'll get starving and have to eat something

for the love of god i never want to rp/see rp characters having pets. the endless network posts of naming your stupid squirrel or whatever oh my god who cares. if my character is ever given a pet you can be damn sure it will be set on fire.

in all seriousness though: have you witnessed pets being handed over in-game (ie. someone's cat had kittens or the dropped character left their pets to someone) without asking the player first? happens more than you think.

Situation: played a few meme threads with someone, ended up friending each other on plurk over shared fandoms and memes. On occasion, I ask them if they'd like to do another meme, and they're enthusiastic about it when I do.

One day, they completely cut off all contact with me, and when I finally get a response, they explain that they're sick of me constantly begging to RP with them and that I don't care about them as a person, only talking to them about fandom or roleplay.

Is this reasonable?

what's a good way to get over hating the way you look without needing medication? i'm incredibly displeased with how i look and it's weight gain and just hating everything about myself, but i'm partially disabled and can't do a lot of exercising to lose weight. i don't eat a lot, so cutting back on my meals isn't really an option, but exercising is next to impossible without sending me into spasms and causing me crippling pain. it's gotten to the point where i won't even go see anyone because i don't want them seeing how i look. people keep wanting me to go out and do things and i just don't want anyone to see me because i don't want to see me.

i have a history of cutting and self mutilation as well, so this is a long-term image issue. i didn't realize how bad it actually was until i posted on fb that i was dying from heat and my cousin offered to have me over for a pool night and dinner and stuff and i balked because i don't want anyone seeing me in anything less than full pants and long sleeved shirts. and even then, it bothers me that people that i know from years ago who are used to me being smaller might have to see me as this. and even people i know now who haven't seen me in a while always say 'you lost weight' when they see me again, which is a lie because i haven't, but they really think i have, which makes me think everyone mentally pictures me as fatter than i am. and since i'm fat, that's just terrible.

i just want to hang out with my family and friends without wanting to wear a sheet over myself the whole time and not hate myself to the point i do.

There are lots of different ways to exercise that might not trigger your pain. Swimming (even just being in the water) can be a help. There are lots of exercise programs for people who experience pain - some targeted at an older audience, but they are no less effective for it! I don't mean to concentrate on something you said you can't do, but there is only one way to lose weight, and that's to consume fewer calories than you expend, and you already said you can't limit your diet, so. It's one or the other.

I'm a big girl, and when I was younger I had a lot of weight and body issues. I only wore long jeans and shirts. Never let anyone but my parents see me in swim wear. Didn't attend parties when my self esteem would take a dive. It's a thing I think a lot of people experience, and it's natural to want people to remember you at your best. It took me doing A LOT of staring in the mirror and trying different kinds of clothing on for me to start to accept my body. I'm big, and I'm not on any speedy train to get smaller, so it's a matter of learning to dress for your size and finding the things you like. I have no experience with self harm, I'm sorry if this isn't helpful, but you honestly need to introduce other people into your life slowly as you are, because that support is so important. Wear a dress to the supermarket. Buy some cute shorts and wear them around the house. Even if you aren't going out, put some effort into your appearance and make an effort to appreciate yourself - because I'm sure you're very beautiful! But it's nice to be reminded, especially by yourself, and then it will feel more... Natural, I guess? SAFE weight loss is always slow, because it does take longer to take off than to put the pounds on. :(

And as a final note from a lifelong big girl: everyone always thinks you've lost weight, always. ALWAYS. it's totally obnoxious, but something about seeing a a woman even slightly outside of the acceptable weight spectrum makes people think "you've lost weight" is a better compliment than "you look nice". I've found following up with a "you, too!" Is backhanded enough to be satisfying.

Sometimes things get pulled for whatever reason. Lots of items I once ordered are no longer available, and "worst things for sale" makes me think maybe the items were faulty/unpopular/broke amazons terms.

I find lots of old links to bongs on Amazon, but since they don't sell them anymore it's a broken link.
