anyone have any idea if the apps that have been processed one way or the other are being removed from the reserve list? it would be a little helpful to know which have been rejected, as those characters are now available for someone else to app, right?

They said they were removing people from the reserve page whose apps were rejected or accepted but I didn't notice anyone missing.

i hope they don't, because that's kind of how you keep tabs of who's been apped for this round. you can't app in a character that's been rejected. that's not how apping works. so at least if there's a 'this character has had an app in this round', people know and can avoid sending in an app for this month.

Is anyone else worried about the Seelie to Unseelie ratio? It looks extremely skewed.

I'm not worried about it exactly, but as one of the few Unseelie players, I do kind of hope that there are at least a couple more that app in, otherwise it's going to feel pretty sparse on that side.

i don't think this will matter too much when people start using the network, it's only in the intro feast that the the ratio stands out. the amount of chatter will soon outweigh the logs like in any game.

I'd have liked to app unseelie but given the types of characters I went with (stickler for duty and law and an all-around do-gooder that fights for justice), there was no way I could've justified putting them there.

It looks pretty skewed, but I'm sure it'll even out with time. I know I'm planning on apping a character for each court.

A little. It makes me think it won't even out because there's so many in Seelie and everyone wants to be cool and in it. Not to mention no one wants to play villians and that's what most people probably think of when it comes to Unseelie.w

there's definitely several characters who would have struck me as more unseelie than seelie

The fact they keep dating by 00:01 AM rather than 23:49 PM can confuse things, because they'll have something say the 4th and that gives you the impression you have the entirety of the 4th, rather than one minute of it. It's stated clearly so it is a case of making sure you read, but it really would be better the other way.

Okay, NOW I'm pissed. Is there a lack of communication among the app team and the people who handle the app page and the plurk or what? One plurk says "app closed" and so does the app page, and suddenly the next one says "you've got one more hour"?

it means they were closed but people sent more in so they went ahead and accepted late apps at their discretion. calm down.
