i finally started un-fucking my habitat earlier today too, high-five and godspeed!

finally set aside a good chunk of money and upgraded to a new ergonomic desk after hunching over like a gargoyle on my old shitty setup. also installed a new keyboard/mouse setup that's good for preserving your hands. I type all day for work and rp, need to take care of myself better.

Awesome! I just got an external monitor to help the hunch gremlinness of WFH. Was feeling bad about spending the money, but you’re right, Nonny, it IS a win.

If you don't mind my asking as a carpal tunnel sufferer that works in data entry, what's the keyboard/mouse setup that's good for that? Because I am so tired of my hand going numb.

I've been doing a LOT of walking this spring--walking to work, exploring corners of my neighborhood, playing Pokemon Go. Yesterday I just got up and did three miles in the morning without giving it a second thought. I don't think I'm ever going to be a runner, but I feel a lot better moving my body these days.

ngl, moving to a city and ditching my car was the best thing i ever did for myself health-wise. i walk everywhere these days and i've never felt better or had more energy.
