Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not post personal information. This includes but is not limited to full names, addresses, phone numbers and so on.

new anon to this discussion, but i'm sorry, it is clashing and confusing. if you're removing 'teenager' from the child ships/age differences, then you're looking at what, 8-12 year olds in a ship with at minimum, a 20 year old, but i imagine they're wanting older. you say no smut, but you also say fluffy shippy stuff. i don't think you understand the problem here, and that is that even if you're not writing sex, you're still intimating a romantic relationship between a child and an adult, and that itself is the problematic NSFW part. because you wouldn't go into work as a 30 year old and talk about how you cuddled with your 10 year old boyfriend/girlfriend and gave sweet soft kisses while feeding each other candy. an adult knows that's wrong. it's why pedophiles and the male love boy or whatever group keeps themselves on the downlow.

that's not to say you can't advert for it or rp it, but you need to be more honest with yourself that a romantic relationship between a child and an adult is going to be problematic in its nature, because of the power dynamic, kids not understanding the reality of it, and the adult having all the control. which hey, props to you if you want to play that, but with csa survivors all over this site, that's super triggering to some people. and it falls under 'sexual grooming', which is what you're looking for. just because you're blurring the sex part or pretending it's not part of it, in the real version of it, it inevitably becomes part of it. so yeah, it's confusing as fuck to sit here reading someone defending 'it's not that clashy' when it's written out in bullet points why it is.

But I still knew this was a thread about underage content regardless. I don’t think anyone in this thread is saying that they’re shocked by the content on the TL, just that it could have been a little more clear as to what exactly they’re looking for.

“Looking for 25+ for my 8-10Y/O” would have been way better than genetically saying “big age gaps welcome”
