I'm in a game where every event post has at least two of these sorts of prompts and its been this way since I joined. Sucks. Before the new mods took over I was told they had very different events which were much more creative.

I've been reading the manga as well and would be happy to do something. Feel free to hit me up!

a woman recently freed from a 20+ year time loop has to readjust to normal life and time, and reckon with the choices she made while in the time loop. before the loop, she was quiet, weak-willed, and being forced into an arranged marriage by her domineering family. but, during the loop, she grew a spine, became resourceful, and told her family off (about three thousand times lol). i'm also interested in playing her while in the time loop (i plan to write up at least a gist of what happened and how she got out) or loool getting stuck in another time loop with your character (something along the lines of edge of tomorrow)

i have yet to settle on a time period but she will be a historical character (most likely early 20th century; 1930s at the latest).

This will also surround the credits at the bottom! If you want the credits outside the new border, move the entire line that contains code by wearestardust to after the </table> tag (spacing doesn't matter).

I'm not entirely sure what you mean about the overlapping image; is there another code that has the look you're going for?

I feel like I could have written this too. Over the years I have no issue detaching myself from cr if that cr has proven to be a shithead to others, because "they haven't done it to me" is untrue, and just a matter of time. They will lose their shit over a dropped tag, or overanalyze a comment on an cr meme and decide I hate them, or it comes out they're gossiping about me and cr with others, or trying to derail plot, or godmod, or spit rage at a mod team, whatever.

You keep doing you, hang onto those deets, and keep enjoying yourself away from them. And take your caps to the next game you join.

I've been looking forward to applying to this game for a long while, and now that apps are almost open my anxiety has skyrocketed (for RL reasons unrelated to RP). I'm really glad I got my app done before all this, but now even posting the app is difficult. I am trying to be kind and patient with myself, it's just frustrating that this is all hitting right now.

I want to say this is possible with code alone, but it'll take me some finagling since I've never seen this way of making diagonals before! Since you've messed with the shape, would you be willing to send me your updated template if I drop a sock? It'll probably be easier if I just edit your version directly, but I can toy with the default & try to help reverse-engineer if you'd rather not share.

Not really, to be honest. I took a break and just came back and I was pleasantly surprised of different options in Bakerstreet. I know I'll get lots of dropped threads again but once in a while I find gold, too.

Don't let other people's characters stop you from bringing yours out.

Exactly that. I don't mind sharing the code at all, I'm honestly still having a ton of trouble with it, but I think I've got the basics down. Future changes I'm gonna make after this are just color alterations.

Looking for a setup with a business lady casually boning her secretary/gofer/etc., nothing too fancy here. They can either have been at this for a while, or the assistant can be new to the job, but if it's the latter, I'd prefer she knows exactly what she's getting into, no "you want me to do what now?" situations. I'll be playing the business lady, she's in her mid-30s, a little bit on the sadistic side, but not completely heartless or abusive. Any kind of woman will do for the assistant, I'm happy to work with any personality or body type, and any age from 16 and up, assuming the younger range would make her an intern or something. Kinks can be discussed, I'm generally open to anything outside of scat, vomit, bloody stuff, and broken bones. Big love for anal play, queening, spanking, stuff like her getting blown while she's on the phone, and so on.

Would it seem weird and PA if I told someone that my character is unlikely to speak to their character again because last time they did (via network), all their cr chimed in and made a big fuss out of it? (My character was rude to theirs.)

OOC-ly I'm fine with the threadjacking and negative cr, it made for some fun drama and ic arguments to write out, but IC-ly my character is an asshole who doesn't like drama, so the end result of this kerfuffle is that he's going to cold shoulder avoid everyone involved going forward... and I feel like that's a pretty normal IC choice after getting brigaded on Facebook or whatever. But now the other player is angling for more CR and I kind of want to be like uh... you do understand what happened last time they talked tanked that possibility? It's going to take some plotting and development before my guy will speak to yours again.

i'm not sure i completely get what you mean by that (did other characters dogpile yours too or is it just an argument between yours and the other player's?) but it depends on how open you are on continuing cr. if you think that it will take more effort, you can let the other player know your thoughts. since it's not like you're saying absolute no, the other player might want to know how they can have cr. you can then just discuss how to go about it.

I think the best outcome to this will be if you frame it as “here’s how our characters could have cr going forward” (and I won’t lie, the dogpile sounds annoying af).
