a woman recently freed from a 20+ year time loop has to readjust to normal life and time, and reckon with the choices she made while in the time loop. before the loop, she was quiet, weak-willed, and being forced into an arranged marriage by her domineering family. but, during the loop, she grew a spine, became resourceful, and told her family off (about three thousand times lol). i'm also interested in playing her while in the time loop (i plan to write up at least a gist of what happened and how she got out) or loool getting stuck in another time loop with your character (something along the lines of edge of tomorrow)

i have yet to settle on a time period but she will be a historical character (most likely early 20th century; 1930s at the latest).

Tropes I'd love to explore are arranged marriage/lavender marriage, soulmate au's, meet cute scenarios, royalty/commoner, bodyguard scenarios and similar! However, I can play both shipping and gen, actually preferring to start out with the latter and see how it develops. For shipping, I'm open to F/F and M/F with a slight F/F pref.

In general looking for Trojan war/the Iliad characters! (Would prefer no adaptations, but it depends.) But obviously, most especially any of his family members, with Hektor at the top. Aphrodite would be lovely to explore their relationship/connection, as well as an Ares, if only for playing out the bullfighting myth, but developing that into a one night stand type of thing or even potential shipping could be interesting.
Also Helen and Menelaus, for shipping - canon, canon divergence, AUs to assume a full on OT3 whether a no-war AU or not, whatever!

I'd be interested in threads set any time around the war, but also post-war and thus in Elysium. Modern reincarnation AUs can also be a thing, and we can always discuss other potential AUs, as well.

Probably a long shot but I've been wanting to stretch my wings with Tobias again. Would love canonmates of any variety for just about anything, though I tend to like digging into post-war angsty stuff a lot. I also offer an AU version over at
