I've got an embarrassment of riches: the front runners so far are Ben Wishaw, Cillian Murphy, and Daniel Radcliffe in The Woman in Black from a comment above. It might come down to a diceroll, as all three come closest to the mental image I have.

I'm in the process of writing up a background on the lad, so hopefully I'll toss him onto Bakerstreet in the next day or so.

at it again bc i got some great suggestions last thread but none of them pinged me just right. looking for a 30+ latino actor with a tawny-to-medium skintone, thick dark brown/black hair and dark eyes, and a long, narrow face with high, prominent cheekbones and hollow cheeks. if you ignore his actual facial features (eyes, nose, mouth) and look just at the shape of his face and cheeks, benedict cumberbatch (i know, i know) has about the right proportions in terms of what i mean by a long face. ty!!

Strange ask, but:

There's either a tweet or tumblr post that's gone around in the last several months that I've seen on and off about how impressed the poster is with how a specific actor was able to play a character faking being normal and then turning into a psychopath through just lighting and acting. It has four screenshots of him doing this under the caption. Looked like an office setting with him being very blond and wearing a white shirt.

I wanted to use him as a PB but I can't remember what actor that was or what movie they were referencing. I thought it was either Eddie Redmayne or Jamie Campbell Bower but I can't find any movies that match for them, so if someone knows who the actor was, I'd be grateful. If you know the movie that'd be a bonus but I can probably find it if I know the actor.

Jamie Campbell bower has an outfit and look that sounds a lot like this in Stranger Things. Could that be it?
