Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. my cast has zero interest in rping with me, for months. i joined specifically to play with a cast, i've never really had one! i make toplevels, i get a tag or two, if they tag at all, then dropped. i tag theirs, i get a tag or two then dropped.

this is mitigated by my non-cast cr, of which there is plenty of and i enjoy intensely, but part of me still wishes for that cast cr..

Are you me anon? I may as well not exist to my cast, but also have a lot of cross canon cr. It's good but there's certain cr dynamics I can't get outside of my cast and it still sucks not being able to get them going.

And there's your mistake. Never join a game unless you think you'd have fun without any castmates, because there's never any guarantee that they'll tag you, or that they'll stick around.

i'd agree with you if they kept on sobbing about how they need that cast cr, but op also said

they joined a game, they have great cr with non-cast and are having fun, and they're kinda bummed they don't get that cast cr as they never really had it before. as long as people are being healthy about it and don't guilt trip people on plurk or w/e, i think they are entitled to two seconds of 'i wish this worked out' on some anon rp woes thread.
