another a/b/o request but i live for this shit. character A traps character B into a relationship by either manipulation or force (or both), eventually B accidentally gets pregnant and much to A's anger wants to keep it. as the pregnancy progresses A basically no longer wants to touch B, that is until B begins lactating. A becomes fascinated by this new change, soon becoming turned on, then goes on to milk B until their nipples hurt and fucks them during it.
