I always promised myself that I'd never become one of those RPers who just does shippy SOL nonsense, but I just found a castmate who plays the other half of my longtime OTP and ships it too and all I want is to roll around in fucking ridiculous SOL and talk about which one of them makes breakfast and how they annoy each other singing showtunes in the shower and I. i've got an affinity for sol and i'm not even sorry about it.

i'm real happy for you anon. that's such a good feeling, especially if it's a rarepair. it's hard enough to find good cast mates. i hope your otp other half is a gem.

i used to be all about this!

i'm really not anymore. domesiticies feel boring and tedious to me now, even if i really love the pairing. i think i'm burned because i've seen castmates become wildly ooc because they wanted to ship their hero/villain combo even if it made no sense because they wanted to play out sol stuff with none of the conflict.

i remember what it used to feel like though, being able to see characters happy outside the context of their gritty traumatic canons and kind of just being free and focusing solely on each other through little sol threads, all those cute "character firsts". when it makes sense through proper build up, it's adora-awesome.

not my jam so much anymore but i'm happy for you anon. live your best shippy life.
