Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. Got a few threads going on a tdm but I know I won't be apping to the game. Keep those threads going so they're "sample length" for the other characters or just drop them? The game allows tdm threads as canon so am I just wasting the other player's time since I know I won't be bringing in the character? They're enjoyable threads, the game just isn't a fit for other reasons.

just let the other player know you aren't going to app after all and ask if they want to continue. if they need the sample or you're just both enjoying the thread regardless of whether it will "count" then there's no reason not to continue. and if the other player would rather cut their losses and focus on threads will people apping or something then they can just tell you.
