Thinking of putting an app next round and I was curious. What's the pace like? Is there a loose plot or something more structured? And how easy is it to opt-out of the sex options, because that's something I absolutely don't want to do with my character.

Also, how easily are people triggered and/or use opt-out posts? I mean there's a Hannibal cast and it's a game about being tortured in Hell, so I assume people aren't easily triggered, but there always seems to be at least one delicate snowflake in the bunch.

Sex options are not required at all, I've run without it for months. It's completely up to you which prompts you want to interact with and how, and game-wide plots have always had ways to opt-out so far.

I don't think I've seen anyone using character opt-outs so far (although I didn't go and check every character's opt-out posts, there could be some), and mostly everyone seems fittingly receptive for messed up shit -- you just need to make sure the other player is down for whatever you have in mind. And, you always need to add appropriate CWs to your post/subject lines when threading, which is honestly just common courtesy.
