i went with this one. it was cheap as hell with free shipping and i figured if i didn't like it, it wasn't a lot of money to waste. i haven't even used the attachment, just the little vibrating part and it's been fine. it heats up a bit, forewarning, but i kind of found that pleasant as well. single AA battery.

they're cheap, you can find them at local drugstores, they're incredibly powerful.

the only downside is they might be kinda loud or not depending on how that production run turned out, but this can be fixed by strategic application of craft foam on the internals.

all i have is the usps tracking website which has said it's been in chicago for the last 4 days and hasn't updated saying a delivery attempt was made. the estimated delivery date was missed 2 days ago. i'm not sure if they're just slow or if it was actually lost.

They're definitely game changers. it could be where you're using it. i have to find the sweet spot downstairs to have it not be too painful or just not doing anything. everyone has their own and it's just a matter of doing a little moving/exploring to find yours. press it more firmly, have it barely touching. do a whole variety of things until you either figure out where it is or write it off as not worth it/not working.
