Rundown:

rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme. Your unfunny, forced memes also fall under this rule.

disagreeing with the premise isn't 'shitting on'. neither is coming up with reasons why i specifically think that the topic's been done to death.

joke's on you, because i don't actually shit stir in games i'm in and i don't bring people up to shit on. a question was asked. i answered. the conversation went on and it's devolved so much from that at the moment. and i've mostly stayed out of it. and yes, the mod was thinskinned in thinking that contradicting opinions is shitting on a game, just like you're thinskinned if you think that me saying 'hey, allowing almost every kink but not this specific one doesn't really make sense and you're basically playing a mashup of all the sex games but not letting in one aspect because you don't like it. fine. don't like it. but don't make up some reason to make it valid.' all op had to say was 'i don't like dubcon/noncon and don't want to deal with it in a game'. bam. but no. everyone has to make up some special secret validation reason why they're right.

Oh my god how do you not understand that disagreeing with someone is fine but doing it in an angry abrasive way isn't? It's not that you stated your preferences, it was that how you said it was obnoxious.

If you'd talked that way to a mod or player in a game you'd have been dinged for a warning or strike for how you worded it.

only if the mod's a thinskinned tittybaby. i'll admit this comment and the one before it was a little more abrasive than i normally am, but most of the other comments i left (because they aren't all me) weren't calling them names or being like 'you stupid whore for not doing what i want'. i've said flat out, they can do what they want. they just might not get that big of a pull if they're just like eudio. how that comes across as 'abrasive' to you makes me question your ability to judge tone.

Trust me, all these people responding to you are not the ones having trouble judging tone.
