Rundown:

rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Thanks for your input! I've posted a water fight meme before and that tanked, lol. I love gen and prefer the more encompassing types but even those are tanking lately (example: the support group meme used to reguarly reach captcha; the last time someone posted, it barely cracked 100), so I'm wondering if maybe niche is the way to go, or vice versa.

it's really about timing, too. if you were to post a waterfight meme in the middle of a heatwave over north america, lots of people would tag in. during spring/winter/autumn? not so much. again, i think things like the support group one need specific moods, and lately it's been really smutty all over bs. but as someone that enjoys smut, that's fine, but i'd like the mood to lighten a bit. it's all h/c and sworn to you and bodyguard and bloo bloo so sad. we could do with some lighter/lively memes. it's just a bitch to figure out what any given one might work. you could post something that fails one week, but if you'd posted it two days later, it would have hit captcha. we are a bipolar site.

don't try to read people's moods, op. that's ridiculous.

if you posted a meme that tanked, give it a good few months' break and try again. or maybe post it on another meme community. bs has really gone down the shitter because no one tags anyone back.
