Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme. Your unfunny, forced memes also fall under this rule.

I don't know about OP, but it's not so much anyone would expect her to not get upset. What we would expect from her is to be able to communicate if she's unable to tag or do mod work. It's not unreasonable to expect a mod to give a heads up for when they won't be around.

i played someone who was part of a pc police force in another game and it was one of the biggest pains in the ass i've ever been involved in. it's rarely fun for anyone on either side of it.

Descriptions like that are available in the google doc spreadsheet. This is meant to be a basic list of what's active, so it's being kept really simple to make it easy to maintain long-term.

why do i have to paste all these icon urls into imgur and reupload them just to download them

there has to be an easier way to do this. saving the page with ctrl-s doesn't work either, it will download the entire page except the icons.

As far as I can tell you can literally save an image off photobucket with right-click, save image as. And there's a download option too. I'm not sure what kind of problem you're having, friend.

every single fucking icon maker on lj and dw doesn't have any icon makers for my fandoms

no matter how many times i try, this literally does not work.

i can save the image just fine, but when i try to open the file on my computer, the file is corrupt. this happens every single time. right clicking, saving the whole webpage as an html file, OR dragging it to my desktop. none of these work.

Strange. I tried it for myself just now with a random anime icon and it's saving just fine. Have you tried rebooting your computer, or is this a thing that's been going on for a really long time now?

Can you ask a friend to gather up all the icons for you? They could zip them and upload the zip file somewhere.

you could always make your own. a free account only lets you have 15 icons anyway. it doesn't take that long to crop 15 images and get them down to 100x100 unless you're prettying them up.
