rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. A tank from Mal'ganis tried to kick me for being the ~wrong~ spec once (I was Arcane, how dare I not be Frost). Three minutes into a Gnomeregan run he goes "Why is this mage Arcane?" in /instance, insulting me and threatening to kick me until I just put him on ignore.

At that level Frost's got...what, Frostbolt, Ice Lance and Frostfire Bolt to work with in terms of DPS? Not really mind-blowing, so I don't know what the big deal was.

In the hopes of creating a perfect team of Legionnaires, the Time Trapper has given you brand new superpowers or your own natural superpowers have been altered. For what purpose? Nothing short of saving all of existence. An otherworldly terror called Chronoblivion has set Its sights on consuming the Legion's timeline. If this Conqueror Worm manages to devour the Legion's universe, It will become strong enough to end every universe, everywhere -- including yours. You're the Legion's last hope. Without you, the remaining Legionnaires have no chance of stopping Chronoblivion and Its heralds on their own. You have no choice but to fight back -- or everything ends. It's time to take the Legion Oath and take up the call:

The Legion has now reached a new stage in its metaplot, and a great jumping-on point, and the stakes couldn't be higher! Now the dimensionally displaced Legionnaires know who brought them to the Legion's universe and why, and they now face the nearly impossible task of saving the multiverse.

Aside from the shift in the metaplot, the game has quite a few upcoming plots over the next few months that new players may enjoy, everything from wielding emotion-fueled power rings, to investigating possible moles within the Legion's team/support staff, to surviving televised death arenas. Characters that are in touch with their emotions or have strong willpower, characters with investigation skills, and characters with unarmed combat and survival skills will find a lot to do in our upcoming plots.

Nobody takes the label "flake" around here seriously anymore unless you're Neko levels of stupid about it. As to the reaction of calling someone a liar, see the reactions to OP above. More people called them a tittybaby than agreed with them. The only deets they had were that the other person was tagging around and not tagging them, too. Considering 99.9% of people around here do that on the regular, that's not something that is ever going to earn you a bad reputation unless you do it to everyone you play with.

Didn't think anyone RPed outside of WrA and MG anymore, but then again I stick to those two servers.

I know most people are all "DURR PORNSHIRE", but imo Moon Guard's not that bad if you stay out of Elwynn. The main reason Goldshire's still a hole is because of the off-server trolls that have taken up residence there.

i don't get people that flaunt their DPS in low-level content. nobody has their complete skillset yet and it's especially hard if you're a caster, since everything dies before you can pop off more than one or two spells.

special mention goes to the tank that smugly informed me he was doing six times my damage. a.) you're a tank, of course you're doing lots of damage. b.) i have two spells at my disposal and no AoE yet, what do you want from me?
