I'm not defending the movie, or even the toys. If the movie flops and the toys all wind up in a landfill, that's no skin off my nose. But fact is, the image is fake. I agree, that would be nice to see. I'd also love to see more events that aren't party-mingles or team-based. The mods seem all cool with the idea of having some characters go nora and playing that out, but I doubt you'll find many of the current playerbase who would actually want to play out the shunning noras are supposed to get. This game needs more characters willing to stir some serious shit.

i've said it before, i'll say it again, there is one very easy and surefire way to see sensible gun control come to this country:

start arming non-white people en masse.

additionally i'm really asshurt about a lot of the stuff that happened in later canon which would probably make review extra tedious

so this game only has a limit of 80 characters in game yet there are more in the app queue. Is there any intention of allowing more characters in because I am kind of considering joining.

then here's an unfortunately accurate reality for you;

the response to the orlando shootings, that gun control bill they had a sit-in in the house over, is based on the no-fly list. a list that is already dis-proportionally and unfairly profiling brown people. so the fact that the orlando shooter was brown definitely got people to get serious about gun control, you're right.

yeah as long as apps are open you're still free to stick characters into the queue

mods process apps every weekend as spots free up in the game from people dropping and such, so you might not get in immediately, but the flow of people going in and out has been pretty steady so far. chances are if you put in an app now you might get in before the month's out

why would anyone get defensive if people blame mras for anything

like even if they were being unfairly blamed for something, why give a shit. it's like getting mad at someone for blaming the kkk for something they didn't do.

because scapegoating an obvious evil is often a way of avoiding examining the real roots of an issue and how pervasive toxic idealism can be among otherwise normal people.
