rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. there's dicks in every area of every group of every denomination. religious, gender, sexuality, ethnicity. doesn't matter. you're going to find a douche in every group. gays can do wrong. there can be abuse in a gay or lesbian relationship. gays and lesbians and bisexuals can be racist/sexist. and in this instance, they can be the gay version of 'hey dyke, you're just gay because you haven't hopped on the right dick'. it will never cease to piss me off when someone hides behind a label that has nothing to do with their behavior. i didn't punch you because you were gay. i punched you because you put your head up my shirt in a bar and tried to motorboat me, then said it was okay because you were gay. i punched you because you were an asshole. you being gay had zero to do with it.

i'm definitely positive gg was heavily involved in the wank. i didn't think she was a one woman team i figured there was probably a lot of people just adding fuel to the fire for the sake of it but there's something about edgy canons that attract people like this. i want to say i'm surprised that there's at least three people like this who were involved but at the same time i'm not. you become numb to a lot of things when you're in su fandom i guess.

either way she was definitely involved in it and genuinely believed a lot of the dumb fanon shit she was saying to be canon. i've had run ins with her over the years and she only seems to have the most basic middle school understanding of any canon or character and draws weird conclusions that always lean toward whatever guy she decides she faps to being some bottom bitch slobbering uke. it's really offensive because she doesn't seem to be able to characterize anyone as anything other than a dull nothing with a gaping ass hole which is probably why she sticks to sex games now.

what? i have no idea about the wank or whatever, but she definitively doesn't play her characters as bottom bitch slobbering ukes. is there more than one gg around? i'm asking this genuinely because apart from the tew stuff that i'm admittedly canonblind and don't pay attention to, she's been chill.

like i said, she could very well have agreed with everything that that person was saying and been obnoxious about it on plurk, but i'm sorry, anon, she wasn't the poster of it here on rpanons. she just wasn't. she could've even been friends with my friend who started that debacle back when it happened too for all i know, but i just checked and they don't have her added (anymore?).

besides, didn't this game come out like three years ago or something? this seems like a silly thing to try to pin on someone for so long. if there's a good, solid reason for gg not to be mod of this game, i would very much like to know because i'm in it. i want someone to step up and take modship because i don't want to see carv end, but a person being obnoxious about a ship three years ago doesn't pass my litmus test, especially since any theories about her being an ass about it all over rpanons don't hold water.

i'm not sure where you got three people from this, but i can tell you definitively that there was one person who caused the majority of the wank. i'm sure people did throw fire on it, but to say that gg is responsible is boldly untrue.

also, i'm in carvaka and i've skimmed over some of gg's thread because her character is fairly popular. she plays joseph as a dom and plays to people's authority kink.

i hate this because i feel like i'm whiteknighting, but damn you guys have it out for someone who seems to not deserve it, at least from where i'm standing.

i think it's supposed to be a joke, i don't think anyone thinks tumblr's going to ban them for swearing.

iirc the person attempted/planned suicide but didn't actually die. still fucked up but at least no one's dead.

Both bits of advice people have given so far are good. Really, it's just best to go with what's most fun or interesting to you for the character to have. Seconding the use of the powers wiki but an easier way to use it might be starting from this page:

It has all the categories of superpowers and the superpowers listed underneath mostly exclude the useless sub-articles or you can at least tell from the title what they are to skip them. Ironically, the example pic on that wiki page is of the Legion.

now that i don't know. i was never in either of those games. anything that happened there is beyond my ability to commentate on, but with the amount of baseless accusations that have been happening in this thread so far, i'm going to really want to see proof and deets before i condemn her as a possible mod. right now everything sounds like petty grudgewank from people who aren't even in carvaka.

i know my tiny game wound up dying because no one played in the events that were posted, so the mods gave up on posting new ones.

tbh i've been in carvaka for almost a year and it's been one of the most conflict-free games i've ever been in. i really don't want people who aren't in the game trying to direct course for it.

If you're not in the game, please butt out. This goes double if your only gripes are fandom/ship-related. The Evil Within isn't a canon that will open itself to a large cast in the first place, and GG's Joseph slept with our Kidman when we had one. A lot of these complaints have been rubbing me the wrong way since this started, and I just realized that that was the reason why.

then you're not really curious, and you're wasting everyone else's time.

Over a year is a long time to stay in a game. People are more likely to drop after all that time, not less.
