if the dragoncalled mod ends up ghosting for good and that game is a bust, i would totally be up for this

it does dry it out, but that's not always a good thing. alcohol dries too quickly and then you're left with dry skin that's still a breeding ground for bacteria as soon as it touches and gets sweaty again. it's just a thing some people have to go through, unfortunately. i've found the tp ball the best way to clean it out and keep it dry and untouched for long enough that the irritation goes away, but my belly button is usually red.

I think a tranquil character would go over super well. Nobody really bothers to npc the tranquil and having a character who is tranquil would be really interesting. It would be very easy to get a wide array of CR, in whatever variety you'd like (positive, negative, neutral).

You should toss them up on the Test Drive, if you have a character in mind already.

how do you respond to people on memes when they reply to your toplevel but you don't know them, the character they tagged you with, and there's no identifying information on their journal at all?

specifically when it's a meme where you'd have to come up with the scenario, like picture prompt or song lyrics.

asking because i don't meme often so if there's etiquette for this i'm ignorant.

as someone that's been in this situation before, i pm'd them and politely let them know that while i'd like to reply, i didn't have any info to go on in terms of who it was or what they'd be like and what might be the best way to set something up. they had no profile info, no name in their name field, nothing on their journal, and i had no way to who/what i was tagging.

i was fortunate in that they got back to me nicely and directed me to a wiki about their char, and then posted something in their profile after. it's a bit of a tossup what someone might do. they might not get back to you or they might give you a basic run down or they might just decide that means you don't want to play with them and they remove their tag (which i've also had happen). just be polite but upfront and the rest is up to them.

Comics villains, especially Spider-man and Daredevil villains. Also, less popular comics heroes. Volstagg, anyone? One of these days I might have to pick up Mephisto just because I've never seen him :c

i don't. if they're too lazy to put so much as a name and series in their profile so their character can be looked up, i'm not going to bother with them.

if it's a meme where the person tagging in posts a starter, it's a different story, since i don't really have to know anything about them to respond to their tag.

Maybe you should wait until someone is actually penalized for not getting 200 points before being incensed about it. AC is also for collecting points to buy things during battles, and we have one big one left.

I play a pretty obscure character and I've had a lot of luck. If you just want to play with MCUs or whatever other big popular characters are around, you probably have to work harder, but if you're open and you get your character out there, I think you can get a lot of CR going.

What games are around that don't skew too young? I'm open to looking at all sorts of games that aren't purely slice of life. AU or sex games are fine, too. I just want to find a game for my character where the characters aren't mostly teenagers or barely adults.
