That's annoyed me too. Have a check in to sweep inactive characters, sure, but being penalized for not getting 200 points when the game's slowed down so much and end game's a month away seems purely bureaucratic.

Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator, WWII theater. It was one of my favorite games when I was younger. Never got to play the sequels, though, but I heard they were pretty good. It also taught me loads about air combat theory.

Mount and Blade: Warband. Somebody suggested Crusader Kings 2 for politics of the middle ages, and while this game is also about expanding your kingdom and becoming a badass king, the core of the game is recruiting or hiring lowly peasants to transform them into a badass army, and you're practically needed to lead the battles on your own in real time, being both the best soldier in the field and the main strategist.

Problem with the game is that there might be a learning curve and you might need to get the hang of the controls. On the plus side, there's also a lot of mods for this game, one of them based on Game of Thrones, and there's even one based on Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

No, but she holds a grudge like no one I have ever seen. Get on her bad side (a very, very easy thing to do) and she will harass the shit out of you. She was banned from Cape and Cowl for harassing/stalking people, and she's constantly trying to involve everyone around her in stupid drama. Do one tiny thing that pisses her off and she will stir shit on anoncomms for months afterwards.

from what i understand, "chronic lyme" isn't even a thing. they're supposedly experiencing residual effects of lyme on their body (like nerve damage), not the literal disease. dunno what they think antibiotics are going to do.

ten to one it's thrush. any place where skin constantly touches skin and you get hot/wet, you can breed bacteria. i've gotten it in my bra more than once, and i've heard of people getting it in the folds of their legs/crotch. alcohol isn't going to help. think of it as a diaper rash. ball up some toilet paper and cram it in there to keep your skin apart and soak up any moisture. do that for a day or so and it should clear up.

some doctors believe that there is an infection process by which they are reinfected. the research is still ongoing. testing is still an extremely iffy process. i can understand the confusion surrounding the issue, especially if you're a patient who has one of the doctors who believes it is a real thing and you're still feeling very sick. i don't know one way or the other. i'm not in the medical field. i do know people personally who've suffered the lingering effects, though, still have no answers, and frankly, if i were in their shoes i'd probably jump at any legit doctor telling me they thought they could fix it.

Only the Lord Paramount titles which NPCs already claim are off limits; so if you wanted a character to be the head of, say, the Umbers, the Risleys, or the Conningtons, that is perfectly acceptable! Potential players are also free to design their own non-canon houses or app from unmentioned houses. The houses page will be edited after apps to ensure it accurately reflects played characters.
