This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

no one is saying you can't feel your feelings OR that it isn't annoying. some people just would like to not feel annoyed or upset about that kind of thing and practice helps. you aren't obligated to take ayrt's advice, they were just saying what works for them.

i think it's understandable a lot of people have the same woe when most of them boil down to "people will not communicate with me" or "i cannot possibly communicate with people".

what i don't get is the people coming in to the first kind claiming the second thing and people don't owe anyone standard level communication.

the actual answer is of course that yall are the people refusing to communicate and trying to somehow normalize that

there is literally an entire thread above where people have vented a woe, someone offered advice, and the response was either "thanks i'll try that" or "that won't work for me but thanks"

THIS is the only thread where someone decided that advice meant they weren't allowed to feel annoyed

As one of the people who made the terrible faux pas of giving you advice after sympathizing, I find dwrp's allergies to communication very irritating indeed at times, but ghosting threads is one of the most benign manifestations of that tendency LMAO. At this point I have way less sympathy for your irritation over your threads getting dropped too. Maybe your partners are sensing something from you.
