could've written this comment myself, op, but i would've left it under rp joys.

Anyone out there actually wanna play out how Asmodeus and Fizz got together? The between things? The negotiation that Lust himself is your partner and has to make this a poly relationship?

Characters A and B are part of... some group of people, my mental image is of a ship's crew but I'm flexible in this regard. Something where they're part of a group that's away from civilization for days/weeks at a time and isolated. Character A holds down a regular job with the group, but also has a secondary role as stress relief. Anytime, anywhere, other members of the group can come to A and demand sex, and A's job is to provide it. Whether or not this is normal in the wider world, it's definitely normal here, and therefore people aren't too shy about just bending A over the nearest piece of furniture and going at it. A volunteered for this job and does it happily.

B is really not a fan of this system. They haven't been making use of A so far, because they hate that it's someone's job to be the group fucktoy. But it's been a long time since the last leave time, and B's starting to go crazy with need to get relief. A sees B getting more and more restless, and goes on a campaign of seduction, making sure that B comes across them in states of partial dress, "accidentally" brushing past B or touching them, etc. Finally B can't stand it anymore, breaks down and goes at it with A, either dragging A off somewhere private or losing it to where they are so lust-maddened that they go at it in full view of others, knowing they'll be seen as a hypocrite and not caring.

This is the basic scenario I have in mind but I'm open to a lot of discussion and modification if you see bits you're interested in and want to adjust. I'm also totally open with regard to the gender of either or both participants (I have multiple characters I could bring to this depending on your taste in gender), add-on kinks like omegaverse, aphro, etc. I'm also happy to play either A or B.

If I seem distant it's not out of malice or because I don't care. It's because I've tried to show I care and I don't like feeling like it's something I have to prove and that I'll never be able to. I don't want to invalidate your feelings, but that doesn't mean that I can ignore it at the expense of my own.

nobody is applauding you for being a rude asshole to people. we all know that you throw giant tittybaby fits whenever anyone suggests that you are maybe slightly in the wrong with something, so we've stopped fucking bothering. you're otherwise fun to be around when you're not patting yourself on the back for being an asshole, so we just put up with it. don't mistake that for approval. someday you're going to raise the price of admission too high and we're gonna ditch.

Despite my best efforts, I don't have friends, just acquaintances. It's lonely out here.

More of the latter imo. Pretty standard. Most players care more about shipping (not saying that's bad) than action and outcomes are preset. Good if you want the vibe that it's plotty but mostly sol and if you want to make characters kiss.

I've been wanting to play this ship for about as long as I've been playing Eresh, and today that need has only grown stronger. Obviously I'm playing Eresh, so what I'm looking for is a F!Ritsuka.

What for? For shippy things, of course! Cute, fluffy... Tragic, dramatic? I'm totally happy with it starting as gen with Eresh's feeling being unrequited (or so she thinks) or going straight into the shipping. I want to write everything with these two so I'm really open to ideas and suggestions too.

I've got the shape of it down to what I want, but is there a way to throw a border around the entire table? Like, if I want the entire thing outlined, is that possible in DW coding?

Getting back to this a bit late, sorry! The character I was thinking of would be from Star Wars. It can be shippy or just platonic, as far as prefs go, but beyond that I don't have anything specific in mind.

Fantasy or sci-fi would work best with the character I have in mind! Superhero characters or those with magic would be perfect for this.

the short answer is no.

the long answer is yes, but not easily. div boxes are just rectangles, so the creator uses borders inside the div in white (#fff) against a series of blue background color rectangles (#050a1d) to make the cut-out looking shape. the outline of the shape is therefore just an illusion, and will only work on a white background. if you want a visual of what i mean, make the page background any other color and you'll see the white triangle "borders" they added to make the corners appear cut off.

in order to create the kind of border you want, you'd have to do some additional div trickery similar to what op did, with divs creating a border on each side, which is a lot of coding that's over my head. you could probably commission someone to do this, and/or ask the op of that post if they can do it for you.

otherwise, if you're set on having a border, the best i can do right now is make it rectangular instead of that cut-out shape, get rid of the white borders, extend some backgrounds, and add a border that way:

Found a new game that sounded interesting. Checked the taken list and got excited because the character I'm hoping to app isn't on the list. In fact, no one is playing from my canon at all!

Eventually I scrolled further down the list. Turns out that every canon that starts with 'the' is listed under 'T'.
