rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

are there any equivalents to hollow art around, that let you search for icons based on groups or traits? I already know about pb_updates.

iconographers is somehwat similar to pb_updates for DW. The tags aren't quite as robust (we'd run out too quickly). But we do use a number of distinguishing feature tags!

How do people embed google calendars in DW posts? I know it's possible because I've seen games do it, but when I copy and paste Google's embed code, I get an interactable '403 Denied You don't have permission to access Dreamwidth Studios' on the entry (not on the whole web page, but within the confines of the entry).

Figured it out. The problem was that the calendar wasn’t set for public access.

Where do y'all go for plurk layouts these days?

I've been slowly screencapping someone from a B&W media, and I'm finding it difficult to make their expressions clears in nighttime and shadowy scene, any advice?

Would anyone have any idea why I am getting this when I've made sure to close all the divs? I'm tearing my hair out over this issue.

i think we'd have to see the code to tell

best guess atm is there are more divs than you think, there's a missing quotation mark somewhere or one closing tag is < div > instead of < / div >. if you want i can sock up and take look, otherwise try tossing a few more closing tags on to see if it stops

I have a very specific mental image for the kind of navigation post I'd like for my OC, and I'm juuuust too unfamiliar with how to make these kinds of things to actually be able to make it work, especially with drop down stuff. So I would absolutely love to throw money at someone who does know what they're doing!

This is kinda what I'm looking for, is having an image with a summary and then drop-downs underneath? Happy to chat details in DMs!
