Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

I'd ask for a PSL, but I know partner has their metaphoric eggs in the basket of the game, so I doubt a PSL would last for long. I keep hoping that Same Muse Player will drop, but that seems unlikely as they're clearly getting more deeply invested in the game. Unfollowing seems like the only option now.

it sucks but yeah that is my recommendation. i did that when i had a similar situation and it really helped.

If you're willing to write off your semi-former rp partner that quickly that easily then it's probably for the best you didn't app in. "Maybe they will want to do something with you anyway?" "Ho hum no."

kinda messed up that you're hoping the other player will drop when you wasted time hemming and hawing and your former writing partner is enjoying their time in the game with this person. you sound petty as hell.

What happened was, Real Life Got Real: Easter happened and my job got busy, also I had some health difficulties, and I didn't have the time or energy to devote to RP.

regardless, you missed the boat. the reasons around it don't matter at the end of the day - you can't app in and it's unlikely that the other person, who was actually around to play, will drop. so take your L, and ask for a psl if you want to thread. above anon was right in saying that you're writing off your friend because you missed your chance to app into a game with them.
