it's a rp woes thread. you're entitled to think my problems are stupid, if you do, but i'm not sure why it's having 'nerve' to vent about them, same as anyone else.

if people know a guideline exists (don't consistently do just minimum activity), and they're acting against it, they're not under the impression that what they're doing is perfectly fine, anon. at most they are under the impression that no one has spotted it.

after seeing what happened with nightfell, yeah, it's really brought home that addressing minimum activity isn't going to go down well. i wish the environment were different and people were more open to mods stepping in to do that, precisely so we could enforce that kind of measure without it going so poorly.

yes, because dwrpers are notoriously very reasonable about the expectation that they'll actually be active in their collaborative hobby

flakes and squatters always rain hell on the castmates or mods who dare to bring it up

they should get kicked out for breaking the rules

and then your cast or game gets namedropped on wg for being unwelcoming or unsympathetic or driving them out

the trick is to not care about wankgate or rpa and to do what's best for your actual game and players
