looking for someone who would be interested in plotting and world-building multi-adventure threads focused on two people and the rest of the party being npcs ( possibly interchangeable due to them having to leave for various reasons like their mom wants them to come home; they need to run the family blacksmithing shop, actually die in a tragic battle or triggered a trap and they need to find a replacement ) OR just two adventurers who are the only ones left of their party and all they've overcome as they try making their way home.

happy to write the good, the bad, the traumatic, and the traumatizing. here for a slow-burn romance that could form between them, something that develops quickly, or a strong unbreakable platonic bond.

really i just miss writing and world-building with people; hopefully, this interests someone!

I miss playing OCs. I was just thinking about this the other day.

I have a few TTRPG characters that never really got anywhere in their games/their games never even started or I'd be happy to make someone new.

Ough this is like catnip for me... As a girl with terminal Rolls Up DnD Characters I'll Never Play disease I would absolutely love to play something like this!

it's honestly been my dream forever now to just make d&d-esque OCs with a group of people and musebox that shit to get all the fun of a d&d party with all the flexibility and depth of dwrp

I have this character concept for a pathfinder game that never started and I've loved it ever since.

Half Elf. Fighter. Village was attacked by bandits and a wandering band of mercenaries just happened to be in the area. Saved them. Fighter was saved by the Merc Leader specifically. So their entire life they've grown up wanting to be a Mercenary! And when they were old enough they went on the road.

Only issue is they think the word Mercenary basically means Hero. (Guess what their dump stat was, shouldn't be hard). So they'd wander around helping people and then when asked for compensation be like "Why would I need that I'm a mercenary?" and then leave. With people being very "?????? Dumb, but sweet I guess?" and so far no one's burst their bubble. Yet.

Spoilers: That Mercenary band made the village pay a hefty fee for their salvation, Fighter was just too young to realize and doesn't realize just how badly they'd actually been taken advantage of. Was thinking that the bandits might have even been in league with them, like a racketeering thing. For future plot and character growth.

I want to play my stupid but charming fighter who just wants to help people. T_T (And maybe grow up to class into paladin at some point who can say)

This is the most beautiful thing. I'm happy to see how this has exploded. I'm also one of those makes D&D characters but never use them.

For example, I've got an Oath of Virtues Paladin who is a combat wheelchair user. She also happens to be an Orc because orcs can be paladins!!
