Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. DWRP social norms change all the time. In 2007 LJRP we were all making edgy 4chan jokes, and the only place still doing that is Wankgate. Maybe nowadays we only make opt-out posts for common triggers or for controversial canons (Harry Potter characters tend to make them because a lot of people subscribe to the theory that no longer spending money on the franchise isn't enough to disavow the creator). Maybe in a few years we'll be doing it your way and everyone will have an opt-out post. We can't be rigid and stubborn when things will change anyway.

Not even if it were a character I'm excited to see in the wild. It just isn't worth it when there is zero info. It's a collaborative hobby. You need some kind of communication for it to work.
