rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. MONSTER HEIGHTS

Monster Heights is set in a world where the main inhabitants are monsters, not a human in sight, and your characters are brought to this place to help with a crisis. There's an illness that has begun to affect monsters of every kind, and no one has been able to figure out the cause. Scientists are desperate, so they have decided to go to their last resort: mixing their own DNA with that of something out of their world. The scientists have a theory, and they're using your character's DNA to test it.

Every character wakes up in a dorm room, nestled within an Academy made for monsters where they will be learning how to adapt to their new bodies. Upon entering, each character is injected with some mysterious serum that will transform them into a monster themselves, and then they are put to individual tests to see how well they are able to take on the Monster DNA.

It's a Comedy/Horror game.

Our first TDM is right over here! The game will be set to open February 1st! Applications will open the first of February and will close the 7th. The reserves open the 28th of January.

I just wanted to give a quick announcement, in case anyone was interested in applying. Due to irl circumstances, lack of interest, and more workshopping needing to be done I'll be postponing the opening for Monster Heights! I apologize if this is inconveniencing for anyone, but I realized that I really am not able to moderate a game completely by myself so I will be waiting until I can get a helper mod or two before opening the game officially.

I'm thinking, as long as things don't get worse for me irl between now and then, I'll shoot for an opening date of May 1st 2023! Unless the interest completely fades, in that case I will probably cancel the opening of the game altogether to be completely transparent.
