Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

this especially chafes my butt if the game has such easy requirements and is capped.

we're not playing for 30 comments a month here. why is it so hard for some people to reach the bare minimum?

it chafes my butt because i've played in murder games before where you have to make 20-30 comments a week, so the fact that some people have trouble getting threads to 5 or 10 comments over an entire month absolutely blows my mind. that's like one tag in a thread every three days to meet the bare minimum. why are you even rping if you can't even manage that?

(and these aren't people who are making posts/toplevels that get like 15 people tagging in, either, so it's not like they're getting drowned in people tagging them)

This is my pet peeve. Yes, it's rude to squat in an uncapped game too, but it's not actively taking a slot away from someone else who would like to play the way squatting in a capped game is. The last time I played in a capped game there were a couple of players who were clearly squatting and it pissed me off because I knew some other people who had really wanted to play in the game and would have been active if they'd been able to get in.
