Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Did you tell them directly? If not, why not? Just say "sorry, I made a mistake, please don't concentrate on that detail".

Or is it too hard to admit a mistake? Other anons are telling you to drop it but if you can't be direct, don't blame it on the other person.

So are you a player that does this? Hyper fixate on that one mistake? Considering it's not a thread taking place in a game and the meme itself isn't one requiring serious context, I don't know why I'd have to reach out. That other person just should be a dog with a bone about something so trivial.

you don't have to reach out but it's the adult thing to do over whining impotently on an anoncomm. it's just as likely that this person is forgetful, they think it's mutually amusing, or they don't realize they're doing it, but you're here publicly assigning malice to something that could be chalked up to stupidity.
