nah, dejoy is a useless piece of shit bastard and i'm glad everyone else here got their packages, but the amount of people i know with their meds missing from pharmacies and having to go to an ER during a pandemic to get a stopgap refill or just have half a letter show up or their package arrive 4 months late and opened/stomped on far, far outnumbers these success stories. average time for me to get anything now, including switching medical insurance i still can't use because they haven't received my final paperwork despite being only 50 miles away and i sent it over two weeks ago, has been like this. at least an extra week on top, if not more. i still don't have my third stimulus and at this point i'll probably have to report it stolen/have to deal with talking to the fucking irs. it was sent. i'm still at the address it was sent to. it was sent almost two months ago. this is unacceptable.

yes, i know not to take it out on individual workers, but it's very clear the mismanagement levels on the higher ends are through the fucking roof and we need restructuring, as it's not even covid, this has been continuous now since dejoy got in a few years ago. international companies are refusing to go via usps due to so many lost item filings and having to refund through nobody's fault but his mismanagement and i do not blame them.

escalating reports/filing them is useless. you never get an actual human to talk to, the rare times any of us do it's just "welp, can't help you." and almost always getting an email back saying "it's lost, oopsie, nothing we can do tho!" and the frustration is unavoidable, constant, exhausting.

maybe there's a reason a bunch of us are saying 'pakige'

that sounds like a problem with the usps in your particular area honestly. i sell on mercari and usually ship anywhere from 10-20 packages a week and to date i've had exactly four that have encountered any sort of serious issues, and two of those were in december when the usps got slammed with a mountain of holiday packages.
