the vast majority of humans aren't like that, though. yes, humans are all CAPABLE of doing horrible things but again the majority don't. hell, plenty of intelligent animals do awful things like rape and "murder" each other or torture smaller animals. they aren't able to build nuclear weapons or anything but if we weren't the apex animal on the planet, something else would get there.

the average human just wants to be safe, happy, and to love and be loved. the average human isn't malicious. just like most animals out there.
