rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

That's easier to ignore in larger games, but in smaller ones, it's more noticeable when you're not getting replies to you otas or top levels.

I both enjoy the game and feel somewhat discouraged when I don't get responses back to things I tag. I try to make sure I tag a lot of people but it leaves me feeling somewhat insecure. I worry about being a boring role player.

I know there are things I can do better and from that standpoint I'll definitely try and be more active and responsive to plot threads/logs, etc.

oocly, everyone seems very nice, the game itself is a lot of fun, this is only my perspective and I could certainly be doing better!

Bottom line is I want to be here and I think that speaks highly of the game and atmosphere!

ymmv even with tagging out, there are a few people who come off as squatting a bit or who seem overwhelmed by threads and disappear after posting their otas.

idk if this is who you're tagging or not, but ive had the same experience with a few people, and noticed to be a thing they do across the board. had to focus my tagouts elsewhere, and if you meant your own top levels and otas, tagging out is necessary in this game. events turn into seas of top levels sometimes and sit for days until people give in and tag each other.

but ill take all of that over other casts of players, for the overall ooc chill we have.

and not knowing you or your rp, striving to improve is always good. just hate to see someone discouraged if they keep going after players who have a high tendency to drop posts and threads no matter the quality of tag ins. check character tags if you're wondering which end the problem is coming from.

I can definitely attest to feeling of being a bit overwhelmed but I really think there's room on my end to improve and create cr to obtain interest .. or hopefully illicit some interest from other characters for mine.

For anyone not in the game who is looking to join, I absolutely do recommend giving it a try!
